What to include when you reach out

The more context you give us, the more useful our first reply will be. Helpful things to include: your event date (or a rough window if it's not set), guest count, venue if you have one, and a sentence or two about the kind of experience you're after — relaxed, formal, family-style, multi-course. You don't need to have everything figured out. If you're at the very early planning stage, a rough idea is enough to have a productive first conversation.
